Property was modern, I enjoyed the stay.
My triple room was well-appointed with gorgeous linens. Tea and coffee making equipment, a refrigerator, and glassware were available in the kitchen. This hotel was set in a central area very close to the Ballina Manor Boutique and local attractions. The check in was early, the staff was dedicated.

It was OK and the staff were pleasant.
A little dark inside and gloomy.Mould on the shower walls. Was told the restaurant could not open on the Friday because he had a wedding the following day. One of the reasons for booking was because of the restaurant there so we did not have to drive that evening.

Very friendly and helpful staff (Jasmine seemed to be running the place single handed). Also, it retains a historical charm.
Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't available as the chef had handed in his notice. We'd probably have used it. But Jasmine did an excellent breakfast.
